GENERAL INFORMATION:
Date:  Saturday, April 25, 2026
Location: Big Rock Creek, 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM                                                                
NO GRAND MARCH

PROM Dance Details:

• Dance will be held from 8:00 pm- 11:00 pm
• Big Rock Creek, 1674 WI-87 - St. Croix Falls WI 54024
• Doors open at 7:45 pm for entrance
• Students MUST enter Big Rock no later than 9:00 pm - any registered students/guests who do not attend the dance, parents will be notified
• Once admitted, students may NOT leave and come back

The CLHS Prom is an event for current Junior and Senior students. 
GUESTS of a current Junior/Senior may attend if accompanied by a CLHS Junior/Senior 

A GUEST is defined by one of the following definitions.

1. A student from another high school, homeschool, or other educational format 
2. CLHS 10 GRADER who will be attending with a CLHS Junior/Senior
3. A past graduate of CLHS or graduated from another school/program (Non-high school student) 20 years old and younger.

• CLHS students bringing a guest, will need to have their GUEST complete the GUEST AGREEMENT FORM. This form must be completed and submitted by Monday, April 20th at 3:00 PM. (Copy & Paste the link and send to your guest)
• Guest tickets cannot be purchased until the form is submitted and approved by administration. 
• Once your guest is approved, they will receive a code that is required to complete the purchase of a ticket.
• Students from another high school, home-schooled students or other educational format Guests who are non-CLHS students must be at least a sophomore. All Guests will be required to upload an image of their school ID. This same ID will be required for entry to Prom along with a ticket.  **Students from a homeschool or nontraditional educational setting may provide a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• **Grade 9 students are not allowed to attend, even if accompanied by a current Junior or senior, due to safety and security purposes. 
• Former graduate of CLHS or other school/program (Non-high school student) The maximum age of guests must not exceed 20 years. A driver's license/State ID is required. 

Purchasing Tickets:
Tickets are $60.00 each plus fee. 

• All tickets will be purchased through Go-Fan, beginning MONDAY, MARCH 23rd.Ticket Sales will end on Monday, April 20th at 3:00 PM - OR SOONER if SOLD OUT

  • When purchasing your ticket, you will be asked to enter an access code.  For CLHS Junior/Senior students, this will be your 6-digit student ID 

  • Guest Tickets can be purchased AFTER the guest form is completed/submitted and approved

  • Once approved, guests will receive an email with their access code.  This unique, one time code will be required to purchase the guest ticket 

  • GoFan Access -  You can access GoFan 3 ways

    • Download the GoFan App and select Chisago Lakes as your school.  You can then purchase your ticket directly through the app

    • Access the HS website under Activities/Athletics, then click Tickets.  This will bring you directly to the GoFan website to purchase your ticket

    • Click the QR code found on flyers near the senior tables, MC, Guidance Office or Front Office.  

    • There are NO REFUNDS on purchased tickets

Entrance into Prom

• Each person entering Prom will need to present their Go-Fan ticket on their phone.
• All guests must provide the ID they uploaded from the Google Guest Form; either a student ID or a Drivers License/State ID. 
• Both students must arrive and check in together to be granted entry to the Prom

Student Attendance Expectations

• CLHS faculty and administration will be supervising Prom.
• CLHS students and guests agree to abide by all CLHS and MN State High School League rules.
• All students will be required to pass a breathalyzer and metal detector screener to be admitted to prom.  Any indication of chemical use or possession (including tobacco, e-cigs, and/or alcohol) by a student or guest will result in immediate removal and police intervention. - NO REFUND ON COST OF PROM/TICKETS
• All guests will be required to present BOTH an entry ticket AND photo ID to enter Prom
